The focus of winter swim training is technique improvement through drills. On the bike we have a hill strength session and an endurance session. On the track we do predominantly pace judgement interval sessions to improve 10k times.
In summer we have use of the 50m Lido and do interval training sets to improve 1500m/750m wetsuit swim times, interspersed with lake swims to improve open water technique. Biking includes 10 and 25mile time trials to pep up the pace.We also have weekly run sessions to maintain and improve race pace and technique
